Terms for the website, app, and App Store purchases.

Effective September 21, 2026. These terms apply to this website, TestFlight access, and the macOS Tvaily app. Apple's terms also apply to TestFlight and App Store transactions.

TestFlight and the app

The download link opens the Mac App Store. When offered, the public beta link opens Apple TestFlight directly. Beta access is not a sale or a subscription. TestFlight builds can expire, change, or be withdrawn, and access can be limited by device, operating system, region, or capacity. The app is provided as it is; it can crash, lose a local conversation, or change without warning.

Tvaily is an AI character. It is not a person, professional service, or emergency service, and it does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number.

Accounts and purchases

Local conversation does not require an account. The macOS avatar store lets you buy and restore avatars with your Apple Account. It does not require a separate Tvaily account. If you have a Tvaily account for other features, keep its credentials private and tell support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Avatar purchases are one-time Apple in-app purchases when a product is shown in your App Store storefront. Apple bills your Apple Account and handles payment, taxes, and refunds under its media services terms and App Store rules. Use Restore Purchases in the app to ask Apple to re-check purchases made with that Apple Account. Product availability, price, and the displayed description are the values shown by Apple at purchase time.

Credit packs, Premium cloud conversation, realtime voice, and internal experimental paths are available only when shown and enabled in your build or Apple storefront. This page does not promise that an unavailable path will ship or remain available.

Providers and your content

If you configure an online endpoint, model, or credential, you confirm that you have the right to use it and are responsible for its cost, access, content rules, and retention practices. Tvaily sends text to that provider only after the app setting and consent are enabled. The provider's terms control that service. Credentials are stored in the macOS Keychain and sent only to the configured endpoint as needed to authorize a request.

Keep private, regulated, or emergency information out of AI prompts unless you have chosen a provider and settings that are appropriate for it. Generated output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation.
